Where do we sell property?
In and around Ashford and Tenterden
Most are within 15 miles of our Ashford and Tenterden offices. This covers about 80 towns and villages.
We sell country houses, equestrian properties, farms and land over a much wider area.
Our heartland is Kent but we also sell lots of property in East Sussex from our Tenterden office.

Our in-house graphic designer will design a bespoke marketing brochure for your property which is printed on thick glossy card.
This standard is very unusual nowadays as most agents look to cut costs.
Providing you with an excellent personal service really matters to me -- it's the very foundation of our business.

At 3:30 pm on the day your property 'goes live' we will email details to over 5,700 eager property-buyers.
They have all signed up so they can find out about new properties first.
Your property will also be listed at the top the of search results on our website and feature a special Early Bird countdown timer which puts it right in front of the buyers.
Things we won't do -- worth a quick read
These are are few of things we don't do to make sure our estate agency service is conducted with the interests of our sellers as our priority.
We won’t tie you into a long-term contract
This is not in your interest — don’t fall for it.
It’s so important we have written a whole article about it explaining why you should think carefully if another agent asks you to sign a lengthy contract locking you in.
We will not overvalue your property to win you business
This is critical.
In this internet-age data is everywhere. Property buyers are smart and can see on the website portals when you have reduced your price because your property hasn’t sold.
This puts them off viewing.

We do not pay our staff monthly commission
Not because we are mean – all our estate agency staff receive quarterly bonuses depending on how well our business does.
And that means how many houses we sell for our clients not how many we list.
It also means that we do not have a conflict of interest and our valuers can give you an honest idea of what your property will sell for without worrying about their next pay cheque.
Indeed, most of our valuers are owners in the business. We are here for the long haul (over 170 years so far) and our reputation for integrity really matters to us.
We won’t send someone without years of experience to value your home
It’s likely that your property is your most valuable asset.
You can rest assured that all our valuers have at least five years’ experience valuing property in the area – four have over 15 years of experience of selling houses.
They have pretty much seen everything and are well-placed to support you from the initial marketing advice to the day you hand over your key.
We won’t baffle you with estate agents jargon!
