What do we sell?

We sell a very wide range of farm and rural property from small paddocks to country estates.

Larger farms and estates - typically over 300 acres

Opportunities to buy a substantial farm or block of land in the South East are few and far between.

We have been very lucky to have sold many over the last few years.

Demand from farming and investment buyers is very strong and the sale prices we have been able to achieve for our clients reflect this.

Every sale is unique and personal - we'll work with you and your family to achieve your objectives and guide you throughout the process.

Medium sized farms - from 100 to 300 acres

Selling the family farm is a big decision.

You only get one chance and it's important to get the process and details right.

Often the highest overall value will be achieved by splitting the farm into two or more lots and offering this an option together with buying the farm as a whole.

You'll benefit from our decades of experience in this area.

Amenity farms and smallholdings - up to 100 acres

Often properties with less than 100 acres of land will be purchased by buyers for whom commercial farming may not be their primary motivation.

The marketing of these farms and smallholdings in combination with our Estate Agency business offers a huge advantage to our clients with buyers coming from all walks of life and parts of the country.

In recent years we have seen a real appetite for country property with land from those that traditionally would have made London their home.

All our farms benefit from the wide reach achieved by our Early Bird email alerts which are read by well over 5,000 people most days.

We understand that in some cases the circumstances may be delicate and diplomacy and confidentiality will be important to you.
