The Independent Baker in Hythe is a small family run bakery where everything is homemade on the premises by Natasha Wanstall, a self taught baker and cake maker.
The Independent Baker provides creatively styled cakes and bakes for all occasions.
Using traditional recipes, infused by only the finest ingredients and ultimate freshness, every order is bespoke, beautifully designed and hand crafted in the 5 Star graded kitchen.
Artisan breads, doughnuts, sausage rolls, scones, cakes, savoury bakes, jams and marmalades are just a few of the products made from scratch.
Founded by Natasha Wanstall in 2014 due to her love and passion for baking, a family run local bakery offering tasty delights and excellent customer service. Find them opposite Waitrose in Hythe.
