Rocksalt – Restaurant, Bar and Rooms

The heart and soul of Rocksalt are the menus, served in both the stunning restaurant area and the bar on the first floor, both of which are complete with their own sun-drenched terraced areas for the summer months.

Ingredients are sourced as locally as possible, from the day boats working along the South Coast to the local farms set in #TheGardenOfEngland. The menus showcase everything from the freshest fish to the best quality meat, as well as locally sourced smoked or cured fish.

On Sundays, it’s all about the traditional roast, with a selection of locally reared meats and a roast fish of the day.  Children of all ages are welcome, offering under 10’s their very own menu.

Exciting cocktails changing regularly with the seasons and an eclectic wine list, jam-packed with wines that sit harmoniously alongside the dishes leaving the kitchen all while enjoying the same unrivalled views out to sea.
