The Old Post Office Coffee Shop – Woodchurch
A quirky village coffee shop serving local food and drink next to the pretty village green
The owners have made a wonderful job of converting the old post office into a cosy welcoming coffee shop which is already proving popular.
The Post Office Coffee Shop is located in what used to be the old village Post Office and has had an extensive make over to turn it into a modern-industrial space, creating a feast for your eyes with all its quirks.
With a spacious outside front seating area, indoor space and back garden including a bike rack for bike storage, it is perfect for walkers – with or without dogs – and cyclists, or if you’re just passing through it offers street parking directly outside.
The Coffee Shop is situated, just on the edge of the village green, making it the ideal location to call in for your of choice of coffees, to have in or take away, all made from coffee beans roasted in Woodchurch by Coldblow Roastery. Alternatively, you can choose from their range of local Pluckley teas or fresh local fruit juices.
They also offer a wide variety of cakes, savoury treats as well as light lunches such as sandwiches, baguettes, toasties and paninis, all with a range of delicious fillings – including plenty of vegan and gluten free options.
All the food is sourced locally from local farms and butchers.
