Sarah Holgate

Associate Director and Head of Office

I love art, books, yoga, walking my dog Bear, and time out with my family.

I started my work life as an insurance broker in the construction industry managing a small team.  I guess this is where my passion for architecture and buildings stems from.

In 2000, we moved from Maidstone to Ashford and shortly thereafter, I started working at Hobbs Parker in the Estate Agents Department and instantly knew this was for me.  I was extremely fortunate to be trained by some of the best valuers, negotiators and surveyors in the industry and over the years have gained a huge amount of knowledge and experience working in every department.  The past few years I have loved working as Head of The Villages department with the most amazing team and personally managed to build our own family house, another learning curve and one not to be repeated too soon!

I don’t know of many people who can say they love their job but I honestly do, it’s a real privilege to help people move and find them their dream home.

Arrange for me to value your house.
