You will find a friendly, supportive environment, surrounded with people like you, who have taken control and want to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

There is a purpose built studio available for private hire functions, such as fitness classes, photo shoots or workshops.

The studio can be hired hourly, half day or full day with on site facilities including toilets and a tea/coffee shop with healthy food available if required. There is also ample parking on site.
