Natasha Ledner

Residential Lettings Administrator

My career in Residential Lettings began working for a lettings agency in Dorset, where I quickly became hooked on the hectic nature of the workload and the variety of the role. When I moved back to Kent, I set about finding a similar role. At that time, I realised it was important to choose the right company to work for, not just the first one to offer me a job.

In 2019 I began my career at Hobbs Parker, on a temporary basis, covering staff holiday leave. Right from day one, I loved the colleagues (now friends) in the team and the ethos of the business. In 2020 and stepped up to a full-time role, just as the market changed rapidly.

As the Lettings Team Administrator, attention to detail is a must and responsibilities vary whilst ensuring all the behind-the-scenes administration and legal checks that keep everything running smoothly are done. Being an organised and efficient person suits my role; however, no two days are the same, and it’s enjoyable knowing there is always something new to learn.

Being from Wye originally, I know and love the surrounding areas well.

After spending a few years travelling, living in New Zealand for three years where I met my partner from Devon, and a brief spell living in Dorset, I moved back to Kent in 2019. Outside of work I fill my time either at home with my partner, two cats and too many houseplants. Otherwise, I am outdoors as much as possible, being a keen hiker and paddleboarder.
