This service is designed to find you a tenant and then set up your tenancy. We will then collect the rent for you every month.
This service suits landlords that are able to manage their maintenance but like the peace of mind of knowing that we make sure the rent is collected and properly accounted for each month.
Introduction Plus Rent Collection Service
Includes:
- Prepare marketing details for your property
- Promote your property on our website, OnTheMarket and Rightmove
- Email details of your property to 1,000’s of people registered on our unique Headstart email service
- Feature your property on our Social Media
- Display of a Hobbs Parker ‘To Let’ board outside your property
- Provide accompanied and out-of-hours viewings
- Arrange full referencing of each tenant and provide you with details of our subsequent findings
- Negotiate the tenancy terms
- Provide a bespoke tenancy agreement in line with current legislation
- Provide registration of the security deposit in line with current legislation
- Manage the sign-up of the new tenancy and collection of initial monies (deposit and first month’s rent)
- Provide tenants with a standing order mandate to pay their rent directly to our regulated client account at National Westminster Bank Plc.
- Collect the rental payments and transfer the rent via bank transfer direct to your designated bank account
- Provide statements regarding transactions on your rent account
- Provide annual summary statements to help make completing your tax return easy
