My career has taken place in two or three stages. I began my working life as a designer/buyer for Thomas Pink after I qualified from the London College of Fashion. I later worked for Jasmine Al Fayed at Harrods to deliver a new women’s collection.
Designing and especially textiles is a passion, and the second part of my working life was devoted to my own interior design business; this also lead me into estate agency where I have now worked for a number of years. Meeting and advising people is the common thread, but I also find property fascinating.
In my spare time, I continue with my designing exploring new techniques and materials. I also spend time reading, walking and travelling when I’ll often take any opportunity to visit art galleries.
