A definition of ‘Sold as Seen’ for vehicles sold at our auctions.
We want you to be happy with any vehicle you buy from us so please read these notes carefully.
Cars that are offered with a blue window ticket featuring the words Sold as Seen are being sold without any guarantees whatsoever.
Vehicle grading is for bodywork condition only.
We recommend potential buyers come and view the vehicles.
Hobbs Parker Car Auctions LLP have no knowledge of, nor can make reference to the mechanical condition of any vehicle.
This does not imply that there is a problem with the vehicle. Often cars are offered Sold as Seen because of their age, mileage or at the specific request of the seller.
However, you should be aware that if you purchase a vehicle that is Sold as Seen then the vehicle may not be rejected or returned under any circumstances and no complaints or claims will be considered.
