Very high specification E28 last MOT'd in 2005, and in dry storage since.

The vendor declares the following

I purchased 'SAFI' as she was affectionately known in October 1999, She had previously been owned by George Edward Stevens, who had been chauffeur to the original owner, Mr Mohammed Saleh Bebehani.

Mr Behbehani, who originally lived in Kuwait but worked in the Kuwait Embassy in London, had originally visited BMW in the UK but they were unable to provide the additional extras that he required. He then went direct to BMW Bavaria and had the car manufactured to his specification which included the following extras in 1982.

Limited slip differential, Anti-blocking system, Leather sports steering wheel, Lever control system, TRX tyres, Central locking system, Anti theft warning, Passenger door mirror, Green glass, Electric sunroof, Electric window lifts, Rear window roller blind, Rear head rests, Air conditioning .

Mr Bebehani had in excess of thirty cars in the UK and when he retired back to Kuwait he offered George a car from his collection and George chose 'SAFI' see hand written note from George verifying the gift.

I used it on occasions, but not as my daily vehicle, and then due to the pressures of work decided to put it into dry store.
