Karen Ross MRICS FAAV

Rural Surveyor

I joined Hobbs Parker in 2020, after graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a postgraduate degree in Rural Property and Rural Land Management.

From a livestock farm in the northeast of Scotland originally, I also spent time working on Dairy farms across New Zealand before moving to Kent.

I became a Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer in 2022 and a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers in 2023.

My workload at Hobbs Parker includes valuations, BPS and grant schemes, landlord and tenant matters and agency work.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on hiking trips in the Welsh and Scottish mountains and travelling.
