Our Summer Classic Car auction provided a huge variety of entries which brought in bidders from far and wide.
The constant doom and gloom in the headlines about cost of living didn’t stop eager buyers wanting to treat themselves. The 1966 AEC Regent double decker bus finding a new home for £25,200 including premium, we understand it will be put straight to work in it’s new guise as a coffee bar still resplendent in it’s East Kent Bus livery. The 1979 MG B Roadster appeared to have had no welding at all underneath, almost unheard of on an MG B that’s actually been used. It attracted several bidders achieving £14,080 including buyers premium. The Ford Thames 300E 5cwt was a beautifully restored example going to it’s new owner at £13,310 including premium. At differing ends of the Classic scale but at similar money were the 2003 Mini Cooper S at £8,910 including premium and the 1926 Zenith Motorcycle (off the road since 1957) at £7,370 including premium.
