I joined Hobbs Parker in 2010 as part of the lettings team.
With a work history primarily in IT and administration, I’d been working as an office manager for a local property maintenance company offering support to the lettings industry. Hobbs Parker were a fairly significant client of ours and I’d often cooed over their idyllic rural properties – so when an opportunity arose to join the team I grabbed it.
After five years in the lettings department, I was lucky enough to be offered the chance to work alongside Roger Lightfoot looking after the company’s extensive IT systems and soon after that began helping our Finance Director, Lynsey Kendall, with the firm’s accounts.
Hobbs Parker is such a friendly place to be, and my varied role really plays to my love of technology and numbers!
Outside of work, I enjoy everything science, literature and music related. I’m currently learning piano, read as much as possible and spend the rest of my time with my growing brood of grandchildren.
