Pre-authorise your deposit
To pre-authorise your deposit:
- Log in to our online bidding platform and find the auction you've registered for.
- Using the 'Pre-Authorise Your Deposit' button, go through our deposit checkout. When asked for an email address, please make sure you use the same email address as you used to create your online bidding account.
- As soon as we've received your pre-authorised deposit, you'll be able to place a bid.
If you are a successful bidder the deposit will be collected and credited against your final invoice.
If you do not buy any lots then the temporary hold on your deposit will be released within 48 hours of the end of the auction. Please note it can take up to 7 days to reflect in your bank, depending on your provider.
Please make sure you use the same email address as you used to create your online bidding account.
