Often led by architects and/or urban designers, producing a Development Brief or Masterplan is likely to involve a detailed understanding of the planning process, the client’s aspirations for the site and how to meet the Council’s requirements. We are happy to assist as part of this process, being present at community engagement events, and acting as an intermediary with the Council.
Development Briefs & Master Plans
Where there are a number of specific issues which need to be addressed as part of a proposed development the Council may require a Development Brief or Masterplan to be designed in order to inform developers, and other interested parties, of how to take the site forward.
