If peace of mind is what you are looking for then this is the option for you. Think of it like a concierge service, tailored specifically to your needs. You can choose to have as much, or as little involvement as you wish. Once your tenant has moved in, our dedicated property manager, Demelza, will deal with all day to day running of the tenancy on your behalf, handling any problems the tenant may have and arranging repairs on your behalf.  Angelina will make regular visits to the property to ensure that the property is being cared for as it should be. She will report to you after every visit.  If there are any deposit disputes at the end of the tenancy, we will handle these for you.
