Hobbs Parker Auctioneers LLP are pleased to be instructed to hold a dispersal sale on behalf of Bardsley England upon the closure of the business. This will be a considerable sale and will be one of the largest fruit equipment auctions held in the South East for many years, making it a day not to be missed.

The postcode for the farm is CT4 7HQ. Please see the map on the rear cover, the best approach is from the A28 Ashford to Canterbury road, with the farm located on Howfield Lane.

Viewings and Sale Time

Advance viewings are not permitted for security reasons. The sale site will be open from 8am on the day of the sale with the auction commencing at 11am.

Bidding (Live and Online)

The sale will be held as a live traditional style auction, with the addition of live online bidding via MartEye. To use this system, you will be required to pre-register with MartEye before the day of sale to allow the necessary time for your accounts to be approved.

Existing Hobbs Parker Auctioneers LLP account holders are also required to register with MartEye to use this system.

Clearance

All items must be cleared from the sale field within 7 days of completion of the sale, there will be no secure storage available after the sale for any lots that are not collected by the end of the day on 26th April.

Buyer’s Premium

A buyer’s premium of 2.5% + VAT, with no upper limit, will be charged on all lots, whether bidding is made in person or online.
