Report on trade: Another cracking trade for store lambs with the best making £80 plus with both Charollais and Beltex cross topping at £86.50 from H G Allen & Son and Maytham Wharf Farm respectively. Only very small long keeping lambs made below £65 and an impressive overall average of £72.60.
A small selection of breeding sheep saw Texel cross ewe tegs topping at £118 from Mrs V & Miss S Tester and Romneys to £115 from D M Brown and Mrs V & Miss S Tester.
