The vessels are described as restoration projects / for spares or repairs and are sold entirely as seen either at Ramsgate or pictures online.

The auction is purely online and is not a physical auction.

All vessels have been abandoned or possession seized by Thanet District Council as a result of non payment of moorage.

All vessels will be sold entirely without reserve and to the highest bidder.

All vessels are subject to a buyers premium of 12.5% (+ VAT of the 12.5%) All vessels must be removed within two weeks of the auction date.
