Hobbs Parker has been in business for over 150 years and in recent years our business has grown significantly.
During 2004 Hobbs Parkers partners embarked upon a Strategic Planning exercise to consider how best to structure our business to meet the future needs of our clients, partners and staff. On 1 January 2006 our current partnership transferred its various business interests to a number of new specialist limited liability partnerships.
Our firm is operating in a more challenging business environment and we believe that this change will provide a secure and flexible business structure and is an important step in modernising our business and will ensure that we are able to motivate and attract the best individuals to join us.
It is with pleasure that we are able to announce that, as part of our reorganisation, we have appointed five new Directors to the specialist LLP businesses.
