I am delighted to announce that Jonathan Lee has recently joined our Planning Consultants team.

Jonathan joins us at an exciting time with signs that the economy is beginning to recover and with planning activity in Ashford and South East growing on the back of this and the forecast growth in housing in the area, the new high speed railway line and the 2012 Olympics.

Jonathan has over 20 years planning experience in the public and private sector.  His particular areas of expertise include residential developments, major mixed use schemes and agricultural / 'green belt' developments. He is able to offer planning advice, undertake development appraisals, prepare and submit planning applications, enter into negotiation and deal with planning appeals.
