Blink Farm is situated in Haffenden Quarter, Smarden. (TN27 8QR). Approaching from the North and West from the M20 junction 8 take the B2163 past Leeds Castle then turn left on to the A274 to Headcorn. Through the village, cross the railway line and take the next left, past the Headcorn airfield and follow the road to the outskirts of Smarden. Turn right on a bend towards Bethersden.
Or from the M20 junction 9 via the A20 to Charing, turn left at the crossroads by the lights and go through Pluckley village. Down the hill and after crossing the railway keep left past Mainey Wood

VIEWING and PARKING

Parking will be available in the sale field.
Viewing will be on the day of sale only from 8.30 am.

Sale will commence at 10.00 am and run through without a break.

LOT DESCRIPTION

All items are sold as viewed with all faults unless otherwise described.
The Auctioneers accept no responsibility for the accuracy of any description of each lot or to any fault or defect in any lot. All items are offered subject to availability. Prospective purchasers should check by telephone that items have arrived for sale before travelling long distances. Purchasers must satisfy themselves where applicable any item purchased at auction complies with the 1974 Health and Safety at Work Act, and

REMOVAL OF STOCK

Purchasers are reminded that the safety and security of the item becomes the responsibility of the purchaser at the fall of the hammer. No lot to be removed from the sale ground without written consent from the Auctioneers. Items of deadstock to be removed by Wednesday 10th October and remain on site at the sole risk

REFRESHMENTS

Light refreshments will be available. A toilet will be available.

VAT

All items to which VAT applies are marked in the catalogue. Any alterations to the VAT status of any lot will be indicated on the day of the sale.
