Brabourne is comprised of three hamlets, West and East Brabourne and Brabourne Lees and is situated on the slopes of the Downs near the village of Smeeth. The church of St Mary's has Norman features including a window believed to be the oldest complete window in England and Norman Brasses.

There is a regular bus service into Ashford should you wish to go shopping in the town.
