Area of ExpertiseJames joined Hobbs Parker in December 1986. He specialises in the sales of Farms, Land and Equestrian properties by private treaty, auction and tender. He is Head of our Horse & Saddlery Sales and also plays an active role in the market as an auctioneer selling at out Livestock and Collective Machinery sales. |
James spent 3½ years with the James Abbott Partnership (now Whirledge & Nott) before returning to Kent to complete his RICS and CAAV qualifications with Hobbs Parker.
James is married to Louise who is a secondary school teacher. They have 3 daughters and dedicate the majority of their spare time to their childrens' extra curriculum activities. James has an interest in horse racing, particularly National Hunt, having been a point-to-point jockey locally before fatherhood intervened.
