The introduction of the Farm Business Tenancy in 1995 allowed more flexibility for the letting of land. Advice can be given for annual lettings for grazing short to medium term of land and buildings to whole farm lettings on a long term basis. There is a greater degree of flexibility to agree terms between Landlord and Tenant to meet individual requirements.
